A study was conducted using 63 business leaders and 67 call center representatives in Brazil. Participants randomly had blue filter lenses in their glasses while some had placebo glasses. Researchers at the University of Indiana also have studied the harmful effects of blue light on our eyes and both studies have concluded that we do perform better at our jobs with blue-filter helping us be more productive and blue filter lenses are an effective intervention to improving our sleep.
